Quotes were supplied to the Project Manager, Kent, by a Wiri Account Manager for this 750 square 2-level stand-alone architecturally designed house. After some discussions, the contract was signed in December 2022.

As a large architecturally designed home, the detailing phase was quite complex for the many staff involved: our Detailer, Engineer, Architect, Sales Representative, and Project Manager. Many emails and phone calls were made to ensure all the necessary information was communicated correctly so that we could deliver the best outcome to our customer. 

The Wiri Timber team made it happen and the ground floor framing was completed on schedule by the end of February 2023.

There have been issues around the foundation, precast anchors, steel beams position, and swimming pool which has created delays for the builder. They are currently at the flat roof stage and progressing as best they can.
